Who Should Attend?

While The Retreat is primarily designed for the Chief Marketing Officer (“CMO" — typically the principal, president or VP Sales & Marketing), it can also be a great resource for anyone involved in the new home marketing process . . . from Owners to Marketing Directors, Sales Managers and even entry-level personnel who aspire to one of those positions in the future.

Many, if not most of the principals and top level executives in our industry have come up from the construction or finance side of the business. Likewise, most sales and marketing directors come from the sales side of the business, as opposed to marketing. The Marketing Retreat will begin on Wednesday morning at approximately 8:00 am and will conclude on Friday at approximately 4:00 pm. Note: Those staying Friday night are invited to join us on Saturday morning, at no additional charge, for our bonus half-day Housing Tour. To accommodate attendee’s travel schedules, our bus will make two return trips to the Marriott — the first returning to the hotel at 12:30 pm, and the second returning to the hotel at 2:30 pm.
