As the Southern California market (and most of the country) heads into its fourth year of recovery from the Great Recession, builders are bringing tons of great new product to the marketplace. In Orange County alone, more than 50 new model complexes have opened in just the last year!

This recovery, however, is fragile, given the still high unemployment and millions of upside down would-be homebuyers — which makes having the right product — the best product — all the more critical to your success.

Join us for two exciting days in Orange County this September and you’ll see the best new product in the marketplace — in some cases the third generation of new designs brought to the market (since the recovery in Southern California that began in January of 2010).

You’ll see 17 of the absolute best model home complexes with over 50 decorated models, with great diversity in architects and the country’s best interior (and exterior!) designers. You’ll see a little of everything in detached housing, from smart and small high-density detached, to great age-restricted product, incredible luxury homes up to 5,000 sq. ft., and even some great single story plans (a rarity in Southern California). While the total range of product shown will be from 1,000 to 5,000 sq. ft., the heart of this tour will be Single Family Detached homes from 1,800 to 3,000 sq. ft.

We’ll see the latest high-density detached product, including alley-loaded detached and unique motor court homes at more than 12 units/acre.  You’ll see today’s top trends, including innovative design features offering today’s buyers more storage and flex space in their homes, plus great examples of first time, second time, and ultimate move-up buyer plans. Our typical attendee takes more than 500 photographs during the tour.

If this is your first tour, you’ll be amazed at the fact that we fit this all into two intense, but thoroughly fun days in one of the best places in the country to hang out — beautiful coastal Orange County. Come find out why so many of our ‘regulars’ keep coming back year after year! Stay an extra night or two and enjoy all that Newport Beach has to offer — including the most beautiful weather, beaches, shopping and restaurants to be found anywhere in one place.

Hope to see you in September!
