Registration is Underway

Register now for our two current tours, and thanks to an explosion of brand new product, they’re going to be fantastic! The Attached Product Tour will showcase townhomes, combo-condos, 3 and 4 story flats, and more, covering both Orange County as well as Los Angeles County. The Luxury Tour will showcase single family detached luxury homes from 2,800 to 6,00 square feet.

What’s Included

The tours are open to principals and key staff from homebuilders, developers, architects and interior design firms. Registration includes the complete tour plus deluxe hotel accommodations on Wednesday & Thursday nights. A limited number of rooms are also available at group rates if you’d like to extend your stay. Please indicate your arrival and departure dates when you register so that we may make the appropriate hotel reservations for you. Registration also includes breakfast and lunch on both touring days, plus a cocktail reception on Thursday evening, syllabus with sales & marketing information, and brochures for each community we visit.

Typical Agenda

PHT&C’s traditional housing tours are typically staged on Thursday and Friday, and the program generally begins with breakfast on Thursday morning. Our touring coach typically leaves the hotel no later than 9:15 am each morning. Lunch is held at a nearby country club, hotel or restaurant on both touring days. Our Thursday afternoon tour generally concludes with a cocktail reception, with the tour bus returning to the hotel no later than 6:00 pm. On Friday, we typically return to the hotel no later than 5:00 pm.

Registration Fees

First Attendee: $1,695  Each Additional Attendee*: $1,595  Spouse (attending tour/sharing room): $995

*Early Registration Discount! Register by Friday, May 9th for the Luxury Tour and take $100 off your registration fee!

*Attendees must be from the same company/division to qualify for discounts. Note: Cancellations received after Confirmation but less than 21 days from the start of the tour (the Wednesday evening prior) will be charged a cancellation fee of $395. Cancellations received between 8 and 20 days prior to the tour will be charged a $595 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given within 7 days of the tour (Wednesday evening prior), but a credit of $795 may be applied toward another tour attended within 6 months of the date of the tour.  Substitutions are acceptable at any time.
